Delete your account
FutureSkin (by Deepfai) lets you erase your account and everything attached to it yourself, from inside the app, without asking us for permission or waiting on a reply.
In the app — two taps
- Open FutureSkin and sign in.
- Tap the settings icon in the top-right of the home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm on the “Delete your account?” prompt.
Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out as soon as it finishes.
If you have already removed the app
Email privacy@deepfai.com from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We action these within 30 days and confirm by reply. Use the same address to ask us to delete only part of your data — for example a single scan and its portraits — while keeping your account.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases, with no retention period:
- Your selfie and both generated future portraits, removed from our private storage bucket.
- Every scan: your questionnaire answers, your routine score, the category scores and the written plan.
- Your account record and the email address attached to it.
- Your monthly usage counters.
What is kept, and for how long
- Subscription and payment records — retained for up to 7 years where tax, accounting and chargeback law requires it. These are held by Apple, Google and our subscription processor; they contain your purchase, not your photos, answers or results.
- Backups — deleted records may persist in encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days before those backups roll off. They are not restored into the live service.
Deletion does not cancel your subscription
FutureSkin Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancelling is a separate step: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel before deleting your account, or you will keep being charged.
